Implantation or transplantation?

This procedure, safe and effective, has replaced the dangerous multi-cluster implants, sewn into the scalp of the 70s and 80s performed by non-medical personnel, with fibers not for human use, which led to the ban of this technique in the USA in 1983 as it had caused great discomfort in patients, with poor results.
